Welcome to the Traditional Craft. Before you may become a Traditional Craft member, you must first read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions stated in this User Agreement and Privacy Statement (terms and conditions of this are set out below). By registering as a customer with Traditional Craft, you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined below. You should also access and read the information contained in the other pages and websites referred to in this document and that appear on our website, as they do and may contain further terms and conditions which apply to you as a Traditional Craft.

Traditional Craft  may at its absolute discretion amend the terms and conditions from time to time by posting the amended terms and conditions on the website and such will be effective as at that date. The terms and conditions outlined here may be amended from time to time without notice to you and will apply to orders placed effective as at the date of amendment.

Application to be completed: A customer must complete a registration form  as a member or guest before placing an order for goods with Traditional Craft. You warrant that all information and data provided by you during this registration process is accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly inform Traditional Craft if there is a change to this information or data.

You must take responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password. Upon completion of a transaction or website visit to Traditional Craft, it is advisable to log off to ensure your personal information submitted to Traditional Craft is not used by the next person on the computer. You are liable for any activity if your username and password are used by an unauthorised person. You release and indemnify Traditional Craft in relation to any liability arising out of the unauthorised use of your username or password. If you suspect or know that someone has stolen or obtained your username and password you must contact Traditional Craft in writing to cancel and/or change same.

Product information
Effort is made to display accurately the colours of products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, there is no guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements stated are approximate sizes and measurements and every effort is made to ensure accuracy.

All reasonable care is taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Traditional Craft reserves the right to refuse orders where product information has been published in error and this includes but is not limited to incorrect or misstated prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Goods are subject to availability. An order for goods is accepted at the time of entering of your credit card details. Payment will be validated and accepted real time. If a good/ goods you have ordered is/are out of stock, you shall be notified as soon as possible and your payment will be refunded to the credit card or Paypal account used for the transaction.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please ensure that the order is correct before clicking the confirm button..

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Traditional Craft takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond control.
