Ushnishavijaya, known as Tsugtor Nampar Gyalma in Tibetan, is a revered goddess in Buddhism. Her name translates to "Victorious Crown Protuberance," symbolizing enlightenment. She embodies long life and purification, making her a significant figure in Mahayana and Vajrayana traditions.

Ushnishavijaya's role extends beyond longevity; she aids in overcoming death and purifying negative karma. According to legends, she emerged from a ray of light from the Buddha's head while he taught in the Trayatrimsa heaven. Her gestures (mudras) include the meditation mudra, reflecting inner calm, and the gesture of granting blessings (Varada mudra).
